Our team of certified AMS consultants are experienced in implementation, enhancements and support across all SAP SuccessFactors modules. Customers have the comfort of knowing that any issues experienced will be analysed and resolved effectively and timeously.

Tickets are logged and managed via our online Support Portal.  SLA’s can be selected from our predefined tiers or bespoke SLA’s can be tailored to suit your business needs.  Ticket updates are captured within the logged ticket and is also sent via email to ensure that customers are always updated on resolution progress.  Notifications and reports are provided to assist our customers in proactive management of issues.

Support is provided primarily in an offsite model which helps manage client costs without impacting service delivery.  However, onsite support is also offered if and when required.
