Configuring SAP SuccessFactors requires deep knowledge of the modules in the suite. The recommended configuration to meet the functional requirements are documented in a Configuration document, called the Workbook, during Blueprint. The system is then configured during the Realisation phase using the KALTech TRI’ED method and unit tested. We have the skillsets to provide configuration expertise for all modules within the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
